He had me stop at a large, unused parking area where we got out of the vehicle and he did a complete walk-around of the CR-V, including under the hood. He was patient with me while I asked one question after another, answering each question to my satisfaction. Without question, he was the most thorough and most professional car salesman from whom I have ever had the pleasure of buying an automobile. More

It was already late in the night, and I appreciated the patience and attention of the personnel. I did 3 test drives on different cars and in 2 hours I was the owner of a beautiful Honda CR-V 2015. Later I found a couple of small issues, that wasn't mentioned by the sales team. So, I would recommend to everyone not to come late in the evening to your next car. They will try their best to satisfy your needs, but you need to be careful and don't rush before you take a final decision. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and neighbors. More

Went in for recall and A/C check , recall went smoothly and completed as promised. A/C check was another matter as there was major damage to the A/C as a result of what I thought was , recall went smoothly and completed as promised. Once the damage assessment was complete the service advisor provided all repair options and we worked up a plan that met my needs. All was handled promptly an professionally. More

However, on my visit on August 22 for or a manufacturers recall, they conducted a multi point inspection (part of their routine), that included tire tread measurements for all four tires. Upon completion, I was provided with this report which indicated wear on all four tires. The problem is, the two front tires were brand new. When I questioned the service department representative about this matter he ostensibly conferred with the technician who submitted that report. Shortly there after a new report was generated which indicated that all four tires had a tread depth of 10/32 ". That obviously could not be true as the two rear tires had 40,000 miles on them and the front two tires were brand new. This experience now causes me to question the integrity of the technicians performing service work at this dealership. More

Since it was time for regular maintenance, I stopped by Koons on the way home. The service advisor greeted me and said "haven't seen you for a while". He was right! I described the problem, and he said that he would work me for maintenance and repair, as well as the typical thorough inspection of the car. I took my wife in her wheelchair to get a quick meal while we waited; as I was pushing her back to the showroom, one of the salespeople came out to help me push her back, saying, "It's too hot for you to have to push that alone!" While in the showroom, she made sure that we had something to drink. The car was serviced in a short period of time; a couple of minor items had been noticed by the mechanic and taken care of. The car, which had been freshly washed, was brought to a place where I could easily get my wife into the car from her wheelchair. The whole experience was typical of the friendly treatment I have received at Koons over the past decade. More

Sunny Haque is absolutely awesome, but It was our second purchase in the last 5 month from your dealership, mostly due to Sunny's outstanding service: knowledgeable, respectful, caring. The rest of the team didn't raise any red flags in March. Mr. Behzad Mahmoodi (finance department) qualities were all opposite: pushy, disrespectful, minimizing well known reliability of both cars bought by our family, being nasty towards professionalism of his colleague, who helped us with the first deal. The only reason why I didn't ran out of the financial room- my daughter needed the car very next morning. Manager, Mr. Tim W, apologized, said the Behzad "had simply a bad day", promised weather mats and 3 first oil changes free on the new car. None of promises were delivered. Although Sunny deserves only great remarks, it must be a team work to have returning customers. I doubt that we will be back for our next car to Koons Manassas.... More
