Outstanding Sales Experience Mansour was my salesman and he was outstanding. I purchased a Civic for my son and Pilot for my wife. He spent a lot of time with my son explaining Mansour was my salesman and he was outstanding. I purchased a Civic for my son and Pilot for my wife. He spent a lot of time with my son explaining the differing models and helped him choose the one most appropriate for him. It was more difficult with the pilot as my wife originally thought she wanted a different model. He encouraged us to drive several different models and then pulled them all next to each other where we could in detail compare them to get a more "hands on" comparative experience. We were never pressured in any way and his knowledge, professionalism, friendly demeanor and advice all were spot on. What traditionally can be a difficult experience (purchasing a new car) turned out to be absolutely pleasant. Additionally, Behzad and Vuong "V" (Finance and Sales Manager's respectively) we also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Behzad took the financing information I provided him from my banking institution and made numerous calls finding me a significantly better deal elsewhere. It seemed like he was shooting "silver bullets" for me when in actuality he didn't need to in order to seal the deal. Joyce Koons gets my highest recommendation and I look forward to working with them in the future. More

I had a 2004 Honda Accord and we began servicing both cars at Joyce Koons Honda. My wife now has a 2016 CR-V and I've got a 2015 Accord Hybrid. Other than a brief three-year lapse when I bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid because Honda didn't offer the Hybrid in the Accord, we've serviced both our cars here. Even while I had the Toyota, we continued to use Joyce Koons Honda for the CR-V. We've been regular customers for the past 12 years. When the Accord Hybrid became available, I returned to buy it at Joyce Koons, and we continue to service both cars here. The customer and vehicle service has been consistent over the years. My most recent service visit for the Accord was excellent, as usual. More
