He pointed out things on the Honda Odyssey we ended up buying that we needed to notice (a scuff here, a small mark there, etc) without being asked, he took the car to be redetailed, found the missing headrests, and many many more things with no questions asked. Tim was very straight forward and didn't waste my time. When we arrived, we were told that our car had been sold already but that there was another car with the same model and trim in the color we wanted at a dealership in Maryland that he would trade for to sell us at the same great price. We finished all the paperwork that day and received the car the next day. We had our 1-year-old with us and they were great about helping us through the paperwork before the baby became too fussy. In the evening I got a call that one of the documents didn’t get signed but that they could drop it off at our house in Vienna to sign so we wouldn’t need to make the trek back to Manassas. More
