I was pleased with the check in process. Dwight was knowlegable and polite. He explained the process clearly. The issue I had with my CRV was resolved. There was one thing that displeased me. It is held on by straps. When I got back into my car, one of the straps on the cover was torn off - most likely because the technician was not careful about getting in/out of of my car. Now I have to replace the cover. More

They didn't do an oil change because my car had Dorman Universal Oil Drain Plug. They didn't have that concern while doing oil change last time. Instead, they wanted me to change the oil pan by spending $ Universal Oil Drain Plug. They didn't have that concern while doing oil change last time. I scheduled a loaner for 8:00 for a scheduled recall appointment. I arrived a few minutes before 8:00 and my car was checked in by 8:05. As of 8:30 the loaner car was “defrosting because it is frozen”. appointment. I arrived a few minutes before 8:00 and my car was checked in by 8:05. As of 8:30 the loaner car was “defrosting because it is frozen”. If I was scheduled for 8:00, why not have it ready for 8:00? I didn’t get out of there until 8:45. I had had regular maintenance and an MPI 2 weeks prior to the recall appointment and everything was fine. However the day of the recall appointment, I received a text saying that I needed front brakes and a filter and other items for $500. Yet 2 weeks prior, the front brakes were rated as fine. This was just another time I felt they were pushing unneeded services at an otherwise free service appointment. Super annoying… My car was done earlier than was promised, which was nice, but getting out of there was another 15 min and it was very unclear why I was waiting. The work done is always (seemingly) fine, just all the other things (loaner not being ready for 45 min, pushiness…) take away from that considerably. More

I have compared Honda dealerships for service but Joyce Honda batted out the ball park. I was so happy with Joyce Honda I made it a point to buy my present car with them.
