Great service by my service Rep. He is always courteous and professional. This last time he went above and beyond to accommodate me. Side note: I don't feel it's fair the Rep has to take the $ for $ cut from his commission for any discounts he gives me. i.e. $100 reduction resulted in $100 reduction in his commission.
