Everyone was polite and nice but the technician did not follow the request on the order. I was getting new tires and specifically asked for the kind that I had on. When I got the car I checked the tires and they weren’t the ones I asked for. It was closing time and the person couldn’t tell me how it happened. No one could. He assured me that the tires were actually better than the ones I asked for. Since it was so late I just accepted it because there wasn’t anything that could be done at the time. More
