Took many return trips to finally fix issue, including my own research. Lloyd was sweet, apologetic, and dedicated to getting to the bottom of this puzzling issue. In the end, Honda associates stuck with it, made loaner cars available to me for many days, and promised my next oil change would be at no charge. I will continue to be a loyal customer. More

The work I needed was done well, however, even though I had an appointment, I had to wait almost an hour in my car before I got into the service port. There is no excuse for this. You should have a tech come around to each car as they pull in, find out what the customer needs, and then let the person go. At Summit Medical, where I actually have to be physically present for my appointment, I seldom have to wait for more than five minutes. I'd think Joyce Honda could do the same. More
