This dealership service center is dishonest. I recently brought my car in because of a muffler issue, and after inspecting my car, they came back with a "recommendation" that the catalytic converter also b brought my car in because of a muffler issue, and after inspecting my car, they came back with a "recommendation" that the catalytic converter also be replaced. These converters are not cheap due to the precious metals on the inside, and so this type of recommendation should not be taken lightly. They quoted me $1000 and said that catalytic converters are backordered by 3 to 4 weeks. Something seemed fishy when they told me this over the phone; the guy had a disinterested tone of voice and just did not seem genuine. After further research on my end, I realized my car was NOT showing signs of catalytic converter failure, and so I brought my car to a different shop. In the end, the issue was in fact due to the muffler ONLY, and the other shop was able to fix my car for about $350 and had it up and running within a few hours. I was coming to this Honda dealership for a few years, but I won't be doing that anymore. They flat out LIED to me and were completely fine with having my car out of commission for 3 to 4 weeks because of a NONEXISTENT catalytic converter issue. I do not recommend this dealership service center. Find a shop with employees who are honest with you EVERY time you go in for service. More

Your best salesman may be the service manager I had dealings with. He redid a Joyce invoice so I could claim a discount, which I left the coupon in the car. Bought a new car at Joyce Honda. They charged me $1000.00 over sticker price and claim that it is legal and fair. Checked my credit three times when I told them not to that I had a pre approval from my cre over sticker price and claim that it is legal and fair. It was a very sneaky and greedy thing to do to a customer. I found they have false advertising. I will never buy from this company again nor will I recommend to anyone. All I got was a couple of coupons for free oil changes. More
