I realize my car is under a company name but I gave this information to customer service and on the voicemails. Ironically your "new sales" department was able to reach me to try to try to buy my car. But the service dept. didn't even know my car was there. If you aren't going to check the drop box, don't bother having it. And return phone calls. More
