I recently had my serpentine belt and PCV valve replaced at Joyce Honda. While those services were done satisfactorily, I experienced an issue afterward. The tilt function for my driver's seat suddenly stop at Joyce Honda. While those services were done satisfactorily, I experienced an issue afterward. The tilt function for my driver's seat suddenly stopped working properly, and it began making a clicking noise. I brought this up with my service advisor, who had someone check it out, but they couldn't identify the source of the noise or provide a solution. I understand that a technician might need to adjust the seat for comfort during service, but it’s unacceptable for my car to be returned in worse condition than when I brought it in. This experience has made me decide not to return to Joyce Honda for any future services. I expect my car to be returned in the same or better condition, not with new problems. More
