Overall service preformed was excellent except the horrible dirty oil smell that you get every time the car is driven. This is the second service this smell has happened. I waited over a 1/2 hour in line to be checked in. Other cars were taken before me who came in after. I had an appt for sn oil change. At the end I was told by the sales rep I’ll get 2 years free of Other cars were taken before me who came in after. I had an appt for sn oil change. At the end I was told by the sales rep I’ll get 2 years free of oil changes. Only to find out I waited to have to pay. I could have gone to someone else and been in and out in 45 mins vs 2 hours. I wish that they would have put windshield wiper fluid in my car like every other Honda dealer I go to.
