I was compelled to awaken Joyce Honda to the fact that my temporary tags were expiring and did expire because their associate tasked with getting permanent tags was on vacation. Secondly, I sought to get the $500 credit for military service as I am a 22 years of service veteran, and provided the proof that they, Joyce, asked for; yet 3 months later I am not acknowledged as qualifying for it, and the indications are that my eligibility was mishandled. The added irony is that although I still make payments to the Honda Corporation for my Acura RDX I was also not deemed eligible for a loyalty credit when purchasing my $46K HRV. No, I would not recommend Joyce Honda to my friends and family! More
