As you know, the issue has not been resolved. The refund is still not issued, we are on the 8th month since a refund requested. Will that refund comes with a refund of interests also???? As long as this thing dragged on, prospect customers would be able to read this and decide for themselves if they are willing to be cheated. Once I received a refund, I will write back here.
