After chatting with "Anna" on the John Eagle web site, we were happy to learn that the car my wife wanted (trim level & color) was in stock. The "internet price" quoted to me seemed like a fair deal, based on all of my research. So we hopped in the car drove to the dealership. And then the misery commenced. Surprisingly, "Anna" was not in the dealership that day (even though we had made an appointment only an hour previous" so after some time, we were assigned someone else (I think his name was Jamal or Jamar or something like that....). This gentleman did now know very much about the TLX, and kept giving me incorrect information and details. (Strike 1: Don't make me have to correct the sales person multiple times!) When it came time to discuss financing, the sales person could not answer basic, fundamental questions about interest rates, terms, money factor, residuals, annual mileage....anything having to do with dollars and cents. After I asked every what-if scenario question, he would disappear for 10-15 minutes and come back with a response that did not adequately address my question. If the sales dude has to relay each of my questions to his mommy, why can't I cut out the incompetent middle man and talk to the financial guys directly? (Strike 2: Make sure your sales staff knows at least as much about your vehicles and financial instruments as your customers do!) But....we're still sticking around for more abuse; the hat trick was not yet complete. Two hours later, we ask to drive the actual car (my wife had previously had some test drives). After waiting for 45 minutes, we were told that our perfect car did not exist. xxx? It was "either already sold or ordered and not yet delivered....not sure which, and not willing to do the research to figure it out." (Strikes 3: The combination of misinformation and laziness is not something that John Eagle should use to abuse their potential customers....please make me feel that you actually want to sell me a car!) My Acura-driving friends have told me that the John Eagle financing guys are even worse than the sales department. I'm glad we never got that far in the process! I'm still trying to figure out how these guys are the largest volume Acura dealer in Texas. I recommend that everyone avoid them like the plague! Go to Sterling McCall or Gillman....or better yet, drive a Infinity or BMW. Katy, TX deserves better than the John Eagle jokers. More

My sales rep, Avery Barksdale was very professional and low key throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle we were interested in, and made this the best car buying experience in my 50+ years of buying cars. I purchased a certified Acura RDX which looks and drives like new in every respect except the odometer reading. So far, this car meets or exceeds all of our expectations - comfort, ride, handling, power, initial quality and the numerous high tech features. Based on the after-the-sale conveniences and services they advertse I expect our high degree of satisfaction will continue with this dealership. More

Drive-out price seemed discounted but actually taken out of other privileges that should have come with a brand new car. All in all, they fooled me after all day dragging of sales (asking me to wait for this or for that, when I decided to leave, they came back and dragged some more). When came the time for financing, Raheem Drummonds sold me extended warranties plus platinum coverage (for every dents I got, will be fixed free of charge). He purposely neglected to inform me that it was only allowed once a year. I realized this the next day and called him up to cancel all warranties. He never returned calls nor emails so I told him in person and submitted all paperwork required. Voila, 6 months later, still no refunds of the warranties!! Contacted Jeffrey Schramme (Raheem's manager) by email, received a promise of refund in the next statement. Two months have passed, no refunds! Calling Jeffrey Schramme and emailing him again and again, no calls nor emails were returned. Warning to all of you: DO NOT GO TO JOHN EAGLE ACURA!!! YOU WOULD DEFINITELY GET CHEATED!! More

Finally i arrived at dealership met with sale guy he said yes car is ready for test drive, He took our drive license for copy and came after 45mins and said we have bad news the vehicle is sold. They do not have any respect for customer time. Worst experience ever....... More

Car was "fixed" on 4/3/15 but all the service folks did was push foam and panel back in...was not fixed. One day after picking up car from dealer, foam and panel came out again. Went back to John Eagle on 4/18 and was called later to inform me that part was ordered but if this occurred again, I would have to pay for it/ the only way this happened is that someone manually pulled the panel off. Both Bradley and Jesus insisted this. I've never been quite so insulted. This is a 2015 MDX that was made with poor quality and dealership with worse customer service.Next purchase will not be an Acura as the customer service for a "luxury" vehicle SUCKS! More

Warranty company (JEA"s partner, purchased from the finance guy) convinced JEA didn't do the 172-pt inspection and refuses to pay for repairs. Been waiting on a return call from either the general sales manager or managing partner to figure out next steps, but haven't heard from either!! We've purchased MANY pre-owned cars and though thesales process with this car wasn't too bad (finance guy a different story) this is by FAR the worst example of customer service EVER. We've had to put in multiple phone calls to the dealership to try to get the issue with THEIR warranty company resolved only to have received the run around at every turn. Will NEVER, EVER step foot in this dealership again and will steer anyone and everyone we know AWAY from JEA!!! More

Three hours later, I was driving off the lot in my brand new 2015 Acura RDX after the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Salesman Nicholas Herrin was extremely professional and easy to do business with. Finance Manager Jay Castillo was thorough and a wealth of knowledge under Finance Director, Matt Vogt. If you're looking for a hassle free experience, I strongly recommend you visit John Eagle Acura. More
