buying a used car added un-advertised items on used car for sale, the whole negotiation process is basically on those added items, very snaky practices. For example, $1 added un-advertised items on used car for sale, the whole negotiation process is basically on those added items, very snaky practices. For example, $199 for adding nitrigen to tires, added almost $1000 worthless items to the advertised price, after did a quick research on my cell phone, all these items does not worth the price they are selling. The front salesman is very nice, does not feel good after the whole negotiation process, sounds like a trap setup for these worthless addons. Just say at front, non-negotiable on advertised prices. If you know how to deal with such practices, go ahead with your good luck. More

Deceptive double talk and sleazy tactics First let me say, I was ready to pay sticker and had my own financing through my credit union. Here's why the deal didn't get done. The paperwor First let me say, I was ready to pay sticker and had my own financing through my credit union. Here's why the deal didn't get done. The paperwork had $400 of add-ons that I didn't want. Beware of tthe Data Dots, Nitrogen in the tires, Collision deductible and my favorite... $280 for a replacement key (Not for an extra key). That's right, they want you to pay for a replacement for a key that you may or may not lose in the future. After back and forth with the "finance" guys, all four were FINALLY taken off. Then while waiting on the paperwork, the salesman gives me a piece of paperwork titled Credit Loan Application. I reiterated I had my own financing and he insisted, it was just to get details for the title. He emphasized, they can't pull my credit report unless I sign it, citing several times that it's against the law for them to do that. Yeah, I understand that, I just don't trust them. I refused and then he goes back to the "finance" people and brought another piece of paper and said ok, just fill this out, this also was titled Credit Loan Application, it was just a shorter form. I asked what info do you need for the title and he said your name and address. I replied, you have a copy of my license, why can you just take it off there. He said sometimes people move and their license has an old address. So I asked, why didn't you just ask me if my license was current? It is...because I don't want you sending my title to an old address. The bottom line, on the form, they want your social security number, which they don't need. I said I was leaving only to be chased down by the finance guy. I asked him why they needed my social. He said they weren't going to pull my credit they were just going to look at it because I'd be driving away in their car and they're just supposed to trust that the financing is going to come through? I pointed out this contradicted the salesman who said he needed it for the title. Then comes my favorite part... The finance guy says he needs it to compare to a list of xxxxxxxxxx to ensure I'm not a terrorist. I was incredulous and asked him if he was citing the Patriot Act. We called in the "Finance Director" who admitted you don't need the social for that. So after the salesman and first finance guy insisted for 45 minutes that they needed it, it turns out they didn't. They just try to wear you down with double talk. After four exhausting hours, I left and will never return. The underhanded, deceptive tactics from all of the people I dealt with speaks to how shady they are. I particularly enjoyed when the salesman insisted they are the most scrutinized industry so they are completely aboveboard. Really? In this day of social media and the Internet, everyone is scrutinized. And even if they are, it's not working because they are SLIMY. If you're ok with paying extra for nothing, then feel free to shop here. I would cite names of the people I dealt with, but they have my information and who knows what they will do with it. More
Very very bad service experience- they steal your money When my car got flooded in recent houston floods, i took to johneagle acura and insurance inspection agent came and did inspection on 9th day and gave When my car got flooded in recent houston floods, i took to johneagle acura and insurance inspection agent came and did inspection on 9th day and gave inspection report. After going through friends precious bad experiences and bad reviews on their service, I decided to take my car to another service centre and they said i need to pay 1550$ to take car from them, when i ask them what is that cost for.. They said it is for removing the carpet from the car .... How in the world costs 1500$ for removing the carpets from the car ???? And neither me nor insurance company gave any approval to do anything before inspection agent inspects the vehicle Be aware of their greedy business tactics before visiting them, I suggest never ever go to them there are good people out there to take care of car I asked for invoice for that 1550$ mysterious charges and they more than 5 hours to figure out what to put in it and came up with something which never done on my car, actually they were not supposed to do anything without my approval More

It was always a long and dreadful process but I love cars. I came in expecting nothing and got everything from Thom Chau, my consultant. Listened to what my Family needs and wants before we went out to drive a MDX. Needless to say my kids loved it and so did my boss. We went home with a New Advance package with all-wheel drive. Finance with Travis was quick and easy. Very professional and never pushy. I would give this whole Dealership more than 5 stars if I could. Very nice down to earth people here, which I know others will appreciate as I when purchasing a New Acura. Aloha, Ricky T. More

I was glad that I was able to find the vehicle Thom was very professional and my experience was great. I went to see another vehicle but it was sold. I was glad that I was able to find the vehicle I wanted at a good price. I would recommend the dealership to friends and family. My issue was with the finance department during the purchase of my vehicle. The price I was quoted and the price on my paperwork were two totally different numbers. The issue was eventually corrected after sitting for over two hours while I listened to the finance manager encourage me to take the car at the price that would benefit the dealership and not me, the customer.
