Awesome Car Buying Experience--RDX This was my first time buying a car by myself. Pete Sanchez spent a couple of hours with me understanding features and options of the RDX and then This was my first time buying a car by myself. Pete Sanchez spent a couple of hours with me understanding features and options of the RDX and then spent time helping me custom order my Kona Brown AWD Advanced Package RDX. I have had the vehicle for only a few days now, but it is pure beauty and luxury. Pete kept me informed throughout the wait for the vehicle and made sure the final touches of trim and mats were completed at the dealer as soon as the car arrived. Pete even took time out of his Sunday to talk to me on the phone about the car arrival. The day I came to pick up my vehicle, Pete was off so he arranged for Avery to walk me through the RDX features. Avery quickly synched up my phone and gave me what I needed. Tom in Administration made the payment process quick and painless and was very knowledgeable about all the additional options, like extended warranty and "xyeloning" (spelling?) of leather. I was dreading the process of buying a car and after this experience at John Eagle Acura, I am totally relieved. The people at this dealership work together as a cohesive team. Pete is really top notch and I can't thank the guy enough who gave me his name (Eric Younger in the service department to whom I just happened to mention I was looking for a new vehicle). Our salesman, Pete Sanchez stated that in the event we were involved in an accident, that the cars features would protect our family. In January 2017 my wife was struck broadside in a collision that totaled our MDX. She was able to walk away from the crash scene with only bruises and no serious long-term injuries. We returned to the dealership and purchased a new 2017 MDX and would recommend it highly for its engineered safety features, its structural integrity and its curbside appeal.
