Tell me that "it was in line with market price." This feels like a poor upper management decision that spilled down through the ranks. I hope the GM and GSM see this, know that this is directed at them. Sad that a "luxury dealership" feels the need to resort to little tricks like this. My name is Russell Smith. Later, they liked the MDX and asked for ballpark prices during the test drive, and came ou My family decided to go look for a car at John Eagle Acura. Later, they liked the MDX and asked for ballpark prices during the test drive, and came out to be something like 850 dollars per month for lease. Later, we decided to lease the car, and the contract somehow showed 1400 dollars per month. Their explanation for this high price was almost nonexistent, and my family decided that it was due to credit that it is so expensive. That wasn't the case. My family visited again for maintenance and Jamarr looked like he was avoiding us. We did not know until a year later that he took the numbers and turned up the base price of the MDX before calculating the lease amount. He failed to explain this to us during the negotiation, which is unethical behavior. To this day, we are forced to make outrageous payments to Acura, and all they could do for us was a trade-in for a cheaper model, and we still have to pay more than 800 a month because of the lease amount on the MDX. We would be okay with John Eagle if they had a way to remedy the situation. We are still paying extra 200 dollars a month above the 800 a month budget we had prior. To me, they would only do the right thing if they could void the lease contract and draft a new one. We are sure to never do business with them ever again. More

Too high labor cost Seat belt was locked due to front impact. Eric younger told me it's broken and need replacement that will cost over $550. Labor cost $147 per hour. Seat belt was not damage and can be reset why need to replace??? Watch on YouTube locked seatbelt advertisement. Only $50 for reset control box to unlock seat belt. it's insurance claim and adjuster said never seen such a high labor in town over 17 years of his adjuster life. It's made customer in very difficult position and ask me to pay for the different. May GOD bless John Eagle Acura. More

Originally my husband wanted to look at a MDX ( which by the way was a beautifully made machine) but I wanted to stay in my budget. All the sales personal were not pushy and walked me step by step through the whole process. I ended up buying the 2017 RDX and have been very happy with it. So happy that next summer I will be back to trade in my daughters car. And even though there was a Acura dealership closer to us, we immidiately noticed the difference with the high customer service JOHN EAGLE staff brought forth. See you soon, Jacqueline Brown More
