Battery Warranty not honored Once again very disappointed with dealership and Acura. The replaced my original battery under warranty when it was about 12 months old. 2 years lat Once again very disappointed with dealership and Acura. The replaced my original battery under warranty when it was about 12 months old. 2 years later it goes bad again and leaves me stranded. 100 month battery lasted 24 months and since the car is not still under warranty they won't cover the battery. They say since I didn't pay for the replacement battery it is not covered by the 100 month warranty. Acura name and warranty on the battery means nothing. More

Professional, pleasant, attentive I went to John Eagle looking for a pre-owned 08 Honda CR-V that I had spotted the day before on Autotrader. I had just missed out on that SUV because I went to John Eagle looking for a pre-owned 08 Honda CR-V that I had spotted the day before on Autotrader. I had just missed out on that SUV because just about everything under 15k is jumping off the car lots right now due to Hurricane Harvey and insurance checks finally coming through. Anyway, Pete worked with me, searched their inventory and came up with a 11 Honda CR-V that was literally just brought in a couple days before, just getting detailed. I voiced my concerns about the price difference and payments but Pete and Conor worked with me to get somewhere that was agreeable to all parties. I'm not going to say it was a great experience because who wants to have a note or a loan but driving is a necessary evil. I will say that these two guys made the process as stress free and pleasant as possible, they listened to my concerns and made me feel like they wanted my business. More
Even GM Not Ethical We bought a used car and tried to exchange it for a new car within 3 days as per Acura's own satisfaction guaranteed program. Everyone from the sales guy to the General Manager, Roger Reyna, did what they could to not stand by their own policies and weasel out of it. We had to get Acura Corporate involved to force them to do the right thing. They tried to buy their own car back 2000 less just 3 days after I had bought it and not stand behind their own guarantee. Roger Reyna did offer free oil changes and car washes for our troubles but even that was a lie because when I went back two months later the service center had no idea what we were talking about. I will never come back here nor would I recommend this unethical dealership to my worst enemy. More
