I met with Pete Sanchez who extremely helpful, knowledge]able and professional. At the end of day, we could not come to an agreement on price, however I would still highly recommend Pete and John Eagle Sales Team. More

He was friendly, but not pushy and listened to me about what I could afford. As a widow, living on a fixed income, Pete worked within the parameters I gave him. After making my decision, he thoroughly explained all the features of the car, set up my Bluetooth for my phone and set my seat position, as well as set my radio to my favorite stations. I drove home in the perfect car for me! At 70 years of age and this car buying experience was the very best one I have ever had!!! More

Bad Service #3 times.. Lies ... On Wednesday am I went to the John Eagle Acura for Service... I spoke to Mr Eric Younger.Very kind service gentlemen... He took me right after his On Wednesday am I went to the John Eagle Acura for Service... I spoke to Mr Eric Younger.Very kind service gentlemen... He took me right after his 8:00am appointment... My Acura 2016 Tlx. All lights came on while driving out my garage ..Blind spot system ,Transmissions system,Lane Departure,VSA system,Front collisions..... So I was very concerned. After letting Eric looks at it ..Told me to keep it running so the Mechanic can see it... Eric also explained to me that they were out of renters for the day.. So I waited 2.5 hours to hear the outcome... Bout 10.30am Eric came to me and said its your control system. He also ask me what I spilled in the console. I told him all I drink is water and protein shake.. He said the wires was sticky and its cost 1,100 dollars and there's NO warranty coverage... I was Very Upset cause I knew I hadn't spilled anything and im the only driver... I asked Mr.Eric to Escort me to my Vehicle.. When I arrive to my Acura 2016 Tlx... I notice that was nothing has been removed from the car to determine or proved that the wires of were sticky or damaged like he explains to me.. I asked Eric how can you say this and nothing been removed.. He immediately starts apologizing for the error.. I began to take pics.. I also ask him to get the mechanic who so say service my car..The mechanic name was Cam... I ask Cam to disassemble the console in front of me and Eric and Avery.. He proceed and found nothing sticky or moist underneath the cup holder..Then I asked Mr Cam how did he determined this? Cam Said no Reply.... So Eric and I walked back to the front .. Now they had a Renter car for me....So I asked Eric ..Hmm. I thought there was none available.... MY concern is if I wouldn't have check my car I would have been paying 1,100 dollars out of pocket for nothing.. How Many loyalty customers you done this too? I contacted Derek by phone never responded back... Also spoke with Brian but never call back....Please , Customer Don't believe the service go and look yourself.... Wayne Ceaser More
