We purchased 2 vehicles with the exact specification and colors without having to wait for an order. Staff, Sales, and finance was courteous and professional. Shady Salesmanship I cannot express how much I would encourage anyone to AVOID this car dealership. I was using an agent to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. He arrange I cannot express how much I would encourage anyone to AVOID this car dealership. I was using an agent to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. He arranged to look at a pre-owned RDX. I had a family member test drive it on a Wednesday, and decided I wanted to purchase it. The sales person who assisted her was nothing but kind and helpful- however, the New Car Sales manager was by far the most unprofessional and disconcerting sales people I have ever dealt with. At the time of test drive, I was told by him that I could put a deposit on the car for them to hold it for me (I'm from out of town). The next day, I spent the entire day trying to get in contact with the New Car sales manager to tell him that I intended to purchase the vehicle and inquire about the deposit. I was consistently sent to voicemail and my calls were never returned, and 3 emails were ignored. Finally, Friday afternoon (two days of trying to get into contact), I was able to speak to him on the phone after calling 3 times in a row. He confirmed that I could make a deposit and said he would put me in contact with the online sales department. I received an email from them but never received a call back. Finally, at 6pm on Friday, I received a call from the New Car Sales manager. He COMPLETELY retracted his previous statements (made by himself and several others) and told me that because "it's the end of the month, I can't take a deposit and hold this car for you." He said he "cannot hold used cars", which was the complete opposite of what he had said before- so he was either being dishonest in the beginning, or being dishonest in that moment. He said he had to "meet sales goals". He told me he would call me on Saturday evening to tell me if the car had or hadn't sold. Much to my un-surprise, I never received a call from him. Finally, I contacted the initially sales person who test drove the car on Monday morning, and he informed me that the car (the car that I was told I could put a deposit on to hold until I could get there on Monday) had sold on Saturday. I am completely disappointed and disgusted at this behavior. This is the epitome of shady car salesmanship, and this dealership and this behavior is the reason why sites like Carvana and Vroom exist- because no one wants to have this intensely negative experience. Every step of the way (besides the pleasant interactions with the actual sales person who gave the test drive) was unpleasant and felt "icky". I am actually happy it worked out this way, because I can't imagine what more dishonesty and shady practices would have come up down the road. Do yourself a favor and do not give this dealership your service. More
Extended Service! I bought an Acura from JaVon a while ago and remember how honest and straight forward with me he was. I did not believe that getting the "Luxury Shield" that he offered would be worth it. I was wrong. I recently was in a fender bender and lost a key in the process. I called in and JaVon talked me through how to get a new key and my car fixed without cost! I will be sending my friends and family to JaVon who sells used cars as well. John Eagle Acura is a good place to do business. More
