Garry reached out to me, and to his credit they have attempted to make this right. I brought it in again and was told it was ready after about a week. And then when i came to pick it up in rush hour traffic after working 12 hours I was told "it was still making the noise today, but they put some clips in and they think its good now". To no surprise the noise was just as audible the next morning. Why was it returned to me if the noise was still there? So I had to bring it back in weeks later in freezing weather before christmas, and was told now they had to replace the whole panel altogether. I just picked it back up, and there are quality control issues everywhere. The sunroof no longer sits flush with the roof of the car for some reason, the headliner is loose in multiple areas, and there are black smudges along the headliner and on the sunshade. Just very very poor quality control for a "luxury" dealership. And there is now a rattling noise now coming from the sunroof. I'm just totally exhausted with this whole process. 7-8 45 minute trips in rush hour traffic. Again, to their credit they set me up with a loaner so I could still drive to work and see my family on christmas, but my goodness I have NEVER had this much trouble getting a quality fix for an obvious warranty issue. I now have to debate whether to take it back because im concerned it will fail or leak again and I will be on the hook as the warranty ends soon. This car has 25k miles on it and it has been in the shop longer than every car i've driven in my life combined. Attempted to attach a photo of the obvious misaligned sunroof but was unable to.

Of course you wouldn't be honest about what transpired. I didn't sign the agreement because you all would not put what you said you would fix on the car in writing. Was that transparent? Despite that, the salesman said I would eventually receive it in writing and not to worry the car was mine because he talked to you about it. I have the texts to prove it. Finally, the salesman said that the offer was available with the promotional financing that Acura offered. The finance person refused to do the deal when he learned that the salesperson that he said that you would do the promotional financing. Elijah had to call you on Monday to have you call Finance to ask them to go ahead with the deal. Remember that phone call? When completing the deal with financing, I was then told that your dealership doesn't participate in promotion financing with Acura despite having a 800 credit score. Again, I have the texts to prove it. Screenshots were provided to the finance manager. Unfortunately, it was lie after lie after lie. There was nothing transparent about the process. Almost a week later and the message I left for you has not been returned, nor the message I left for the General Manager. How is that for transparency and taking responsibility?
