Charles, I rang you this past weekend to discuss why the term on the Lojak was reduced during the car exchange from two years to one year. I ask you to return my call and you didn’t bother. I followed up with a call to the financial manager requesting a call back to discuss and he also ignored me. I visited the dealership on Tuesday and was able to rectify the Lojak issue in person. Unless you are willing to do the right thing and pay back the $1500 back as per my review, we have nothing to discuss. This has been a horrible experience.
