Buyer beware I wish I could say something positive about this dealer but I can’t. The only good thing was a salesman that is no longer working there. Our issue I wish I could say something positive about this dealer but I can’t. The only good thing was a salesman that is no longer working there. Our issues started with the service department when there was a rattle that would not go away. We took it in for them to diagnose. They claimed they could not duplicate it. When we picked it up it was still there and is to this day. Maybe they were too lazy to fix it. Our second problem happened when we took the SUV in for its first service. With 7,000 miles they tried to sell us a $230 inspection and an oil change. We asked why they charged for the service when it was supposed to be free and the answer was “You have to do all required maintenance for us to cover the oil change”. The service Acura required in their own manual was JUST an oil change. When I asked what the other items are I was told they would clean and adjust the brakes, tighten the loose suspension that may not have been torqued at the factory and clean off the air filters. How reassuring. I wonder how many people are taken advantage of daily by this unnecessary service? Buyer beware. I will never set foot in this dealer again. More

Error in Final Docs Finalized the deal at John Eagle Acura with Mike Tran, the salesman and German Fuentes, general manager. Agreement was to provide a discount on the accessories but the discount was left off final documents. Both of these guys lied and told me that was not the agreement and refused to refund me the difference. Then some guy names Val who ran the dealership called to tell me that the discount was included in the sale price- what a bunch of liars. He is nice, attentive, and answered all out questions and doubts. Actually, we almost have no doubts since he was able to explain all the new features of the new vehicle beforehand. He also speed up all the financing process that usually takes time. People like him makes things pretty much easier. Besides that he is extremely polite. More
