Worked with Elhadji Toure finance manager. He will insisted on getting an extended warranty and a special warranty at inflated prices. Hold your ground or wait until they come down if you do want. Good luck to you if you don’t want! Make sure they explain fully the amount, the miles and term of policy. He will rush through it and not tell you the price only sell you a payment. Also, other add on product/warranties show up without you saying yes and you will get them anyway. The fees are hidden in the cash sales price. They make you think that it is “included” in the price when it Is really “added on”. Note: The special warranty will replace your tires or wheels if damaged but it costs over $1500. I can by my own tires if something happens. I don't think getting this is worth it. On the contract, he conveniently did not disclose those fees nor go over the contract figures with me. Just basically sign here, sign here as fast as he could manage. We got to the sales contract and said Sign here at the bottom in 3 places without going over the figures! I said wait a minute, what is this Cash price, which was over what we agreed by about 3,000. He stated that that figure included both warranties (I really didn’t want the special warranty, but wore me down and said he would raise my rate so I ended up with it, trying to get through closing after an hour and half of haggling) The cash price was more for about the cost of the two warranties, but then I said why is the extended warranty listed below in the other items? He then lied again and said that figure didn’t add in and I wasn’t getting charged twice. With no calculator and nothing else to go by I agreed to sign. However the next day I looked and saw that that figure itemized for the extended warranty did add into the amount financed and I ended up going back to dealership and spoke with Jamarr the sales manager. He gave me a copy of the "Vehicle Buyer’s Order". So partially correct, the special warranty (which I ended up cancelling) was in that price. However, so were 3 warranty type add ons that I thought were “included” in price not “added” to the price. Side note to add ons: The “Nitrogen” road hazard is only good if you bring your car to fill the tires with nitrogen at "their dealership" every time (if you live far like I do, this is worthless!) Then they will charge you $285. For a key replacement insurance. Probably only would cost you $125 to $150 to replace a key, also a waste of money. And the other is get $500 off of your collision deductible…another waste, and once you sign and take vehicle off lot, they won’t cancel these types of add ons. The extended and special warranties can be canceled at any time. **Also something they tell you that is “included” with the vehicle is the KAHU GPS locating device. However, they hide the fee in the sales price, $995 and it is a mandatory fee. I was told they add it to ALL of their vehicles. They should add it to the sales price up front if you have to get / pay for it. They also hide this fee in the sales price and on the “Vehicle Buyer’s Order” which they don’t give you. If you buy from here be informed and in the top of your game (or bring someone) otherwise you’ll be taken advantage of. Best advice. Steer Clear of this dealership. I will say this however, the salesman was good to work with and they were willing to give a decent trade value. More
