Details lacking Finance department put the wrong vin number on my documentation. Fortunately the client (me) caught this even before I took possession of the car. They did a nice job of putting on the window film. They failed to fill the car with gas as promised. Upon inspection of the vehicle, I found the trunk interior to be wet from the power washing they did. Had them go and dry it out. They had to go and hunt down the second key and manual why I waited. They had 2 days to prep this car. Why was none of this done before I arrived at the dealership? More

What I give them this rating for is when I bought the car I was told they would come and pick me up so I could purchase the car. I told Ali that I could not pick up the car on this particular day and he offered me a coupon on Lyft which turned out be a discount. I told Ali that I needed a ride or they would have to wait until Monday. Ali offered me a ride so I agreed but my time was limited. I live up north so I agreed to meet them at a location that was about half way (my wife dropped me off on her way to her appointment). Ali said he would meet me at a particular time. He arrived over 2 1/2 hours after the time that was agreed upon. Obviously I was very upset about the excuses and lies I was told why he was late. When I arrived at the car dealer I was very upset and spoke to Jamaar. His response was a shoulder shrug and I am sorry. I was pressed for time and I needed to get to work so I did not follow up at that time. I followed up with German who was going to look into this situation. I was told German would call me back but never did. I followed up with a phone call to the store manager who told me he would take care of me if I needed anything but was not willing to do anything about the situation. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and I would have to say this is my worst experience buying a car. If there was a silver lining in this experience I would have to say that Rita was extremely helpful resolving a plate issue. I wish the other staff that I dealt with at John Eagle were more like Rita. She went above and beyond assisting me with the plate issue. More
