CD did a great job and was very personable. His attention to detail is very noticeable and appreciated. The Original wheel lock that came with my car was missing when I got my car back. Had a recall notice on car, went in and they took care of it in under 2 hours. Pretty easy and stress free. Eric was nice and attentive. Superb, efficient, and effective service During my drive from Houston to Austin (and back) to visit family at Christmas, the cruise control in my car didn't work. It wasn't a safety issue, bu During my drive from Houston to Austin (and back) to visit family at Christmas, the cruise control in my car didn't work. It wasn't a safety issue, but it was a nuisance. On 1/8/2020, I had a 2:30 p.m. appointment for a diagnosis and repair. I handed over my keys, and before I could sit down with my complementary cappuccino and muffin, my service advisor, Eric Spencer, came to tell me that the technician had found the problem. He showed me a black plastic disc roughly the size of a dime with a small impression worn into it. He said that the cruise mechanism had sensed the erosion and stopped working. While replacing the part, the mechanics also adjusted the rheostat to brighten displays in the dashboard. Careful attention was paid to my 21-year-old, 1999 Acura TL. Absolutely supreme service. Also, I was home in less than an hour after I left the house, and I was smiling all the way. More
