Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I got there about 15 minutes early and there were 5 cars in front of me. It took them a little while before they started working on my car, but when I got there about 15 minutes early and there were 5 cars in front of me. After seeing my car sitting on the rack and no one working on it for about 30 minutes, I asked the person at the desk if he could tell me when it was going to be ready. he went out and grabbed the paperwork, came back in and said they were putting it down now? When checking me out he did not go over anything that they had done, just gave me the price of what I owed. I had to ask if everything else that they were supposed to check were ok. He then looked at the paperwork and said I had a couple of tires that were getting worn and everything else was ok. Took about 2 and 1/2 hours to bet done? More

I have a 2002 F150 and I found out a recall was issue several years back for the Cruse Control switch under the hood. I called and sure enough it was still available for replacement. Went in for a transmission flush but was told that it had too many miles(130,000) for a flush so they just drained and filled. Can’t get all of the old fluid out that way.
