Car Repair I had my car towed for overheating Wednesday. I needed a new water pump which had to be shipped from Fort Worth. My car was fixed by Friday afternoo I had my car towed for overheating Wednesday. I needed a new water pump which had to be shipped from Fort Worth. My car was fixed by Friday afternoon. The CPO coverage took complete care of it. Otherwise that would have been a $500 repair. I also had picked up a nail in my tire, thus my low tire pressure message came on. The dealership plugged up the tire and all I had to pay was $15. I was very grateful to the wonderful service at your dealership. You always take good care of me! More

Under previous service manager my complaints were ignored. The previous service tech ( later promoted to service manager) would note my complaints on the service form, but would then always tell me that I was The previous service tech ( later promoted to service manager) would note my complaints on the service form, but would then always tell me that I was causing the problem in a condescending manner if nothing showed up on the computer. This was almost always concerning the electronics of the car. I finally gave up trying to convince him there was a problem. I still have problems with the seat warmer coming on at random times, examples: when I start the car, when I turn the radio on, reset the interior temperature or sometime randomly while I'm driving down the road, etc. This does not happen every time however. On long trips to KY or NM it will usually happen several times during the trip. i have also had problems with the screens on the dash going blank. This also happens randomly. These problems continue to happen. I almost feel that my complaints were ignored until my warranty was up so I would have to pay more. I won't even have the electrical system checked anymore. However, saying all that, Mike was my service technician at my last visit. I had a recall notice that he handled. He was very good and through making sure the replacement part was available before booking an appointment. He returned my call promptly with needed information. He was on the phone with another customer when I arrived. He finished the call before proceeding with me. I appreciated this very much. Too often I have been put on hold in the middle of a conversation which was very irritating. When Mike finished with the phone customer, he took my information and took care of me. I felt I had his full attention. More
