Oil change cost over $100 and I waited for TWO HOURS with an appointment. (Going back to Sapaugh…Jim Butler is too expensive!!) More

Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for our normal routine maintenance services, and we are glad that we were able to live up to the expectations we set for ourselves.
