There were promises made to get us a lease or loaner that were not fulfilled when promised originally. There was a a lot of frustration getting the lease/loaner worked out but eventually happened. Enterprise were not fulfilled when promised originally. There was a a lot of frustration getting the lease/loaner worked out but eventually happened. Enterprise was difficult to deal with in this situation. We were updated daily even if there were no changes. The truck should have never had to have these extreme issues of having the engine, radiator, etc being replaced at 2 years old and is horribly disappointing. We were thinking of looking at a blazer but now unsure with what has happened with our truck. More

Couldn't get a simple recall fixed right had to take it back in 4 to 5 times to get it fixed right. I was not very happy with the length of time they had my truck. Dropped it off on Wednesday and they didn't even look at it until the following Tuesday. If it was going to take almost a week for them to even look at it, I could have brought it back in when they had a technician that could actually work on it. Hopefully, if any additional dealership service is required it will be in a more timely manner. More

They were great to me and I even referred my Mom to go there and buy a new car. They let me know when one came in for her and she went and bought it.
