Regarding the rental car, we understand how important transportation is during service. While rentals are available, they do need to be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. We’ll work on making that clearer during the scheduling process. We typically aim to complete diagnostics within 24–72 hours, but due to recent weather-related delays, our timelines have unfortunately been extended. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. As for the buyback offer, it was based on the vehicle’s high mileage and the significant cost of reconditioning due to the transmission issue. We understand that this may have felt disappointing, and we appreciate your perspective. We value your feedback and hope this explanation helps clarify the situation.
