My truck was there for 4 days and it wasn’t even looked at yet and wasn’t going to be for 2 more business days even though I had an appointment for it. What good is an appointment with a service advisor if at yet and wasn’t going to be for 2 more business days even though I had an appointment for it. What good is an appointment with a service advisor if the vehicle is gonna sit for a week before it is looked at. Seams like you should make the appointments for a time when the vehicle can actually get in so people aren’t left without transportation for no reason. More

Sold me 2020 equinox a year ago and it needs a new motor. Warranty wouldn't cover because I couldn't produce prove of 8 oil changes.
