I would highly recommend Jim Butler to anyone looking for a new/used car. My new Trax is beautiful and I’m very pleased. My finance guy, Joe was incredibly patient and funny. Waited a hour before we were able to test drive car. Ended up buying one but there was a gouge in tire that was known and promised it would be replaced. Had to keep playing phone tag between salesman and service desk for days to find out nothing had even been ordered yet. Have been now told tire has been ordered but we'll see if they actually call on Monday as promised More
