I really don’t know why I receive these surveys. I was over for a vehicle service for a vehicle I purchased earlier this year. I walked by the salesman I purchased the vehicle from several times and I was over for a vehicle service for a vehicle I purchased earlier this year. I walked by the salesman I purchased the vehicle from several times and he didn’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge me. Just a number to a big dealer that’s all buyers are. Customer service and the service people treat you like your bothering them even though your spending your money there. Truly a shame!!! I attempted to get information on a truck I saw in the lot but it’s all handled with internet sales people no salesman. I even sent an inquiry in with the salesman I bought the first vehicle from but no reply. Enjoy your purchases from Jim Butler as soon as you buy the car your just a number that’s it. All customers turn into numbers only to these conglomerates!!! More
I'm just done with this business. I bought a brand new car from you all less than 2 years ago. Less than 2 months I had the heat go out in the car. I called and she said it would be 7 I bought a brand new car from you all less than 2 years ago. Less than 2 months I had the heat go out in the car. I called and she said it would be 7 to 10 days. To get my car in. I bought my car brand new ordered from Kansas City from your lot. I shouldn't have my heat go out. Then have to wait 7 to 10 days in November to have heat in my car. My car was 2 months old at the time. now almost 2 years in I have my shift to park go out. Which is a mistake, That is a GM problem when they are making the vehicles. Not something I did. Again just like the first issue i had to have a diagnostic charge on this one I had to do the same to replace the shift to park issue which was almost $700. I feel I should not have had to pay for issues with a vehicle brand new less than two years old. Your company has been nothing but horrible for after purchase care. Once you make the deal, you don't care what happens to the vehicle or the people that you're selling them to. I came in and because I was 1008 miles over what the warranty said. I had to pay for all of this. Not to mention three days out of work. Because I use my car for work what I received when I came in woman behind the counter. Her name is Kayla Merrit , she said that's a GM problem not our problem. Do you want to pay for it and proceed or not. She was not helpful. She was not compliant. She was not sorry she was nothing but a rude person. So after spending $30,000 almost with you guys and having to go through all of this , then that is who I came in and had to deal with as well. I feel like this is ridiculous and you guys should be reliable for what you're selling on your lot. I wasn't even contacted the entire day on what was going on with my car until I called three times. I told them I did not want to deal with Kayla again and sure enough she was the one I had. Probably why I didn't hear anything till the next day. in her text, she message me twice and then called me a totally different person. No respect, not even knowing your customers name. Just a lack of a person being in the wrong position is what this is. Now in three months, I am wanting a brand new Chevy Silverado and do you think I'm even gonna think twice about coming to you all for it. It's one thing for me to have to fix stuff that I shouldn't because of a faulty car that you sold me. Then have to deal with a rude lady who even the supervisor said she can be "spicy. That's not how you do business and that's not how you keep customers. So now when I buy my $60,000 truck this year it won't be from you! I can promise you after how she treated me and I have been done. I will make sure everybody in this town knows about these vehicles and the issues with them and exactly how you get treated for having this issue. This way nobody else buying these Older model vehicles in November when you're trying to push them out will be stuck with no warranty having to pay for a "GM issue. She said it's ridiculous how many have been in with this issue coming from your own lot. But yet you're still selling them and not helping your customers after the fact. Jim Butler I'm old school and I believe you do business with honesty and respect. I wanted to find a good dealership to deal with in St. Louis since I moved here and I can tell you this..you were not the one for me and good luck to anybody else that has to deal with you because I'm done. More

I purchased my Silverado from them 9 months ago, used. I was ensured the vehicle was up to snuff and paid KBB for it. There was a break issue and I took it in for service which was covered by chevy bec I was ensured the vehicle was up to snuff and paid KBB for it. There was a break issue and I took it in for service which was covered by chevy because of a recall. The transmission was clunky when cold, I bought in the summer and did not have any check engine light come on while I owned it. After taking it in, there was a code for the transmission and a check engine light should have come on. They would have known about the issue when they sold me the car and after other issues the total cost of repairs is $5,000. I asked the sales manager if I could split the cost of just the transmission with them since the issue was present when I bought it and they denied me asking why I waited 9 months. After buying 3 cars from them and my family buying countless more, I thought things would have gone smoother and I would not be sold a lemon. More
