Sales experience was ok. Main complaint is vehicle had a blemish on the front of it that the dealership wouldn't fix even though it was warranty eligible. Took it to another Chevy dealership and they had the part ordered in 5 min covered by manufacturer warranty. Although I am happy with the vehicle they do not have any kind of unwind/return process, only an exchange which can be a poor customer experience if a customer feels pressured to buy which happens more than it should. Overall would not recommend More

My review is on the Service Department. Raymond was our service attendant. He has a tendency to disregard multiple messages. Also is unconcerned with reaching out to anyone. The service reps are great all the time. The problem is the mechanics. You get an oil change, they don’t wipe off there grease finger prints off the hood and grill. They don’t reset the fuel filter life. It’s a lot of small things that add up to it all for me. When your bill is over 400$ and you see all these things when you pick your vehicle up is disappointing. More
