Your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your service advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician to get to your vehicle. We are doing our best to get our diagnostic wait times down to 48 hours. We hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits.
