Lots of vehicles to choose from, very friendly and always ready to help. It took too long to get all the paperwork together but I find that’s normal for all dealerships. ready to help. It took too long to get all the paperwork together but I find that’s normal for all dealerships. More
Had a recall on my truck, took it in and they had to order the parts, which took over a year to get the part in. Once it finally was installed all good to go. Very disappointed. Pulled into the dealership garage, it took almost 30 minutes before the Service Writer could wait on us. Once checked-in, the Service Writer did a quick scan of stored codes in the Tahoe’s computer and advised it looks as though we might have a weak battery causing the messages we were getting but the mechanic would confirm the next day. Got a call 2 days later saying the battery needed to be changed and there might be an updated program that needed to be loaded into the vehicles computer. He quoted almost 800 dollars to replace the battery & download the update. I begrudgingly said OK, fix it. I received a call at 5:45 the next day stating my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I informed them I could not get there before they closed at 6:00 so I’d pick it up the following morning. I arrived the next day to pick up my vehicle, I was directed to the cashier and was presented a bill for approximately 1,000 dollars. I was shocked at the bill but paid it and took my vehicle home. It is truly sad that to change the battery & download and update into the vehicles computer could cost that much money. I don’t mind paying for quality work but in this case, I feel I have been taken advantage of, there is no reason it should cost almost 600 dollars to update my vehicles computer, this should have been a free service. To charge over 300 dollars to change a battery is also excessively high in my opinion, especially when I priced the exact same battery in the aftermarket for 159.00 dollars and installed free. More
