I always brace myself when I go in to the financial person, because I expect the negotiations to be a bit intense, but Julie was great. She was honest and upfront with me, and didn't try to sell me on anything once I made it clear that I wasn't interested, and made me a fair deal when I was. She was cheerful and friendly even though it was past closing time on the last day of the month. I'll definitely be returning to Jay Wolfe when I'm ready to buy my next car. More

They take the pressure out of car buying and make it *easy* I had my first experience with Jay Wolfe Honda in spring of this year when I purchased a used Honda Odyssey with Mr. Mohammadi. Kim made the experienc I had my first experience with Jay Wolfe Honda in spring of this year when I purchased a used Honda Odyssey with Mr. Mohammadi. Kim made the experience a real pleasure -- he found several used vehicles that had all of the requirements I was looking for, and then made sure that we were 100% happy with the vehicle we ultimately chose. I never felt pressured and he made the entire purchasing process feel extremely fair and easy. I was also thrilled with the loaner car they gave me to use while they finished detailing my purchase. After my van was totaled last week, I called Kim up and asked him to find me a replacement vehicle. It felt WONDERFUL to have one concern off my plate while dealing with all of the other issues a car accident incurs. I trusted Kim to find me the best vehicle at the best price, and I didn't have to invest all of my time in doing comprehensive comparisons between vehicles and dealers. Kim had a vehicle for me by the next day, offered the best possible price, and was very kind and professional, as always, with the entire purchasing process. I've interacted with some very high pressure car sales people in the past--people who were clearly most interested in hitting their goals, and not at all concerned with whether I was getting the best and safest vehicle for me and my children. My experience with Kim has been the complete opposite--he's a great listener, very willing to answer questions, and never pressured me in a purchasing decision. I recommend him to everyone! More

Great service on site, terrible scheduling I called to make an appointment on Tuesday, October 23rd in the afternoon, and set an appointment for Friday, November 2nd in the morning. I never received a confirmation and on the morning of the appointment I couldn't remember if it was for 9 or 10, so my husband called to confirm and found that no one had actually entered the appointment. This is the second time we have had this issue and been told to just bring it in and get in line. We set an appointment with the expectation of limiting our time spent there, and this is not helpful.
