Extremely long wait time I waited two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The service individual came and asked me an hour and a half in if I wanted a “free” I waited two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The service individual came and asked me an hour and a half in if I wanted a “free” dent removal service on two spots. I hesitantly accepted after he said it would take 30 minutes. An hour later, I was told my vehicle was ready. I believe the dent removal service was an add-on we paid for at purchase, so it was a sales tactic to say it was “free”. Once our included oil changes are all used up, I do not plan to return for service. More

Great service I was in to get my usual 5 point inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and I ended up getting re-aligned as it was obvious my I was in to get my usual 5 point inspection, oil change and tire rotation.
