I purchased a vehicle from Jay Wolfe Honda on February 28, and my husband sold his vehicle to them the same day. Because he lives in Texas, all paperwork was completed via overnight UPS shipping. Despite completing all required documents promptly, we still have not received payment for his vehicle. We were told the check would be mailed, then told it was sent via regular mail (which never arrived), and most recently we were told it would be sent via 2-day shipping but it still has not been delivered. I have followed up multiple times and have been given inconsistent information and no resolution. At this point, it has been weeks, and we still do not have the funds owed to us. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A dealership should not delay payment after taking possession of a customer’s vehicle, nor repeatedly fail to follow through on what they promise. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution when buying or selling a vehicle here especially if you are completing transactions remotely.
I had an exceptional experience working with Mazin Zatar at the dealership. From the moment we first spoke over the phone, he was incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. When we visited in person, Mazin continued to impress with his friendly, no-pressure approach. He took the time to walk us through numerous vehicle options without rushing us, ensuring we felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was the deal he secured for us on our truck—no other dealership could come close to offering the same. Mazin even went above and beyond by detailing the truck and providing a thorough walkthrough of all its features, making sure we understood how everything worked. I want to give a shout out to Jay Wolfe Honda, and especially James Trotter. I've owned a lot of vehicles in my life and usually dread the car buying experience. This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I worked with James Trotter and he is amazing to work with -- knowledgeable, very kind, listens intently, not pushy in any way, doesn't try to sell you things you don't want or need, follows up after the sale -- he is just a genuinely great human being. Also took a current Honda we own for service, and was very impressed with the service department as well. Go see James Trotter at Jay Wolfe if you are considering a Honda. I am extremely pleased with the experience. Sales Manager, Steve Boissonneau, was also awesome to meet and work with.
Appointment times mean nothing. 3 hours later and not done. They have no scheduling system. Will never return
James Trotter was the salesperson who helped us select our new Honda CRV. We are passing our 11 year old CRV on to our granddaughter this fall, so we had strict parameters when we wanted delivery of a new car. James worked with us on this with the order due date. He was professional, friendly, and wonderful to work with on buying a new car
