No oil change under an hour? I called...set an appointment. I even asked how long the appointment would take. I was told 30mins. I show up and was informed it would be over an hour, because of how busy they are and that they never did an oil change under an hour. I had to do the oil change that day due to a long trip the next day. I had a very important conference call I had to cancel due to the length of the service because I planned my day around the information I was given. What is the point of having an appointment if the busyness can effect how long it takes. I also don’t understand how other places can get you out in 30mins and here has never done it under an hour. That aside, whoever is taking appointments needs to be informed with the correct information. Kind of makes me think twice about my next purchase. More
