Impressed with the service My 2018 Fit had a dead battery, so I made an appointment to take care of that and the service that I got a reminder of in the mail. I was informed the oil change was not yet due, and they tested the battery and got results indicating a full charge was needed and then testing on another machine. They sent me home by shuttle so I wouldn’t have to wait. The end result was that the battery needed to be replaced, and was. I got the car back so it was available and running right before the bitter cold hit. It was unexpected that a new car would have a bad battery, but I am glad they took the time needed to diagnose the issue and replace the battery. The car has been great since then. More

When initially the money didn’t match up they talked to us multiple times and reevaluated how they could help us before we finally we matched up. Everyone was pleasant and friendly, as well as very helpful. Their customer lounge is also wonderful for the long waiting periods you can have at a dealership. We will definitely consider Jay Wolfe for any future car purchases! More
