He is respectful to me as a veteran (Viet Nam Vet) and to my wife as the primary bread winner (I'm retired 32 veteran Science teacher) He should be given a special award for his consistency in servicing his customers; he was servicing 3 customers at the same time without skipping beat and keeping his ducks in a row. Don't lose this man. He understands families and individual needs well. More

Dependable Service Took car in for minor issues (brake light, oil change), but found a bad leak in my front V-Tech spool valve (leaking oil). Got that fixed! Also had ordered a new license plate holder for the front. Luckily, it came in and was installed, but it's expensive ($106) and they forgot to insert the front plate back in! Almost perfect The fellow that I worked with was perfect from start to finish. However I did incounter one problem; I had my car detailed just prior to my Service v The fellow that I worked with was perfect from start to finish. However I did incounter one problem; I had my car detailed just prior to my Service visit. They offered to wash my van and I declined because that morning I just had the car detailed. It is a very nice service and normally I would take it vantage of it however the car was already spotless.When the service was complete I retrieved my car only to find it had been pu through the wash and it was covered with water spots and windshield wiper marks etc. I realize this is not a tragedy however it did ruin the perfect wax I had just applied. I guess my point is it really should’ve been very obvious to anyone that the car was absolutely perfect, brilliantly cleaned inside and out and did not need a rudimentary washing. More
