Shaun let me take the car for a few hours (which was a requirement because I wanted to inspect it myself and I wanted to take it to my own shop to do so) and was super nice and quick throughout. That Monday ended in Shaun staying late that night along with Josh in the business office to close our auto loan and get my wife driving home in her new-to-her car. It was well cleaned and everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. Super relaxed experience and to be able to find, look at, test drive, and buy a vehicle in one business day for me was a big plus since I am super picky on vehicles. Couple months later and we are still very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks to everyone at Jay Wolfe who worked on our trade-in, purchase and to Shaun who managed the whole thing and even followed up with us several times to make sure we were happy with our purchase and their service! They even picked up our trade-in from our driveway which was super convenient for us! Thank you!!! More

After about two weeks and putting up with Wills unresponsiveness, I Finally received a call that the vehicle was ready. As soon as I arrived, I was whisked to the finance office. I informed them I wanted to verify all problems had been fixed to my satisfaction. I’m glad I did. The cosmetic issue looked good, but the mechanical issues had not been touched. I requested, and received my deposit back. On my way home I stopped at Molle Toyota and bought a truck from them that day. More

New car purchase I bought a new 2018 Honda Accord in July. I developed transmission issues, yes on a brand new car, in December and have to have car towed in. After two weeks and NO car to drive, or even offered, it was returned me and supposedly repaired. It was not serviced correctly, apparently only portions of tbe transmission were repaired, and I put it back in the shop and they decided to replace the entire transmission, two weeks later I got he car back but at this point very uncomfortable keeping the car so I went to Jay Wolfe Hbda and asked them to replace the car. I also went to Honda and got nothing from them. Jay Wolfe offer d to replace my car with one with less miles for $2000. I was willing to pay $500 because ther was 10,000 less miles on exactly the same car. They would not budge thus we are at a standstill. I might ask that after my first two service experiences were horrible and they actually delivered me the wrong car to begin with, not a great experience on all fronts. You would think after buying multiple cars from Jay Wolfe Honda and at least thee more new Acura’s from their sister dealerships, someone would do something, $2000 is just nor right. More

When he came home and I looked over the check list, there was conflicting info on there. Two tires are worn and have lower tread. We plan to replace them, just not at the dealership. They noted the front tires were bald in spots (even though they listed a 4/32 tread) and needed replaced immediately. But another section noted the tread was 9/32. I called to verify which was which. And they said the front ones when they came in were baldnin spots (but I knew when I had taken them in the better tires were on the front). They said they rotated the tires and put the “good ones” on the front since it was a front wheel drive and they would not have put the bad ones on the front. I’m trying to figure out if I need to replace 2 or 4 tires now. I go outside to check, and they had rotated the good tires to the back and put the bald tires on the front. I don’t like the conflicting info on what they did and why (since it was the opposite of their reasoning). its so hard to find good, reliable, upfront shops. More
