Horrible service today. Usually great I’m going to chalk it up to someone having a bad day, but I had horrible service yesterday. I took my car in for routine maintenance. Check in was not as seamless as usual, but they were busy. I dropped off at 0830 for an oil change and was told brake fluid service was also due, so I agreed to that as well. I received a call at 1155, but didn’t hear my phone, so got a voicemail to call back. I did a few minutes later, got a voicemail box and left my call back number. No return call by 1320, so I called again. After getting voicemail again, I called the main number. They told me the person I need to speak to was at his desk and to wait a minute. Then, they came back and said he was in the phone and they took my information to out on a post note on his desk so he knew to call me next. Fast forward to 1445. Still no call back, so I called again. I was told my car was almost ready and that the other call was about a dirty positive battery terminal. (*insert eye roll). The service member did not apologize for not returning either of my calls from earlier in the day. He asked when I would be back to pick up my car. I informed him between 1630 and 1700, since my toddler was now napping. On my way to the dealership at 1645, I receive a call asking if I got his message about my car being ready. I inform him he never made such a call, and remind him that I was the one who called him to get that information. He said “oh right, sorry about that, it’s been a long day.” My one and only apology. I arrived and paid for my car. When I walked out I noticed it was not washed. Something in the past has always been done complimentary with any service, especially considering I spent almost $200. I stopped at a car wash on my way home. I will be giving them one more shot since they usually provide great service. Like I said, hoping someone was just having a bad day. More
