Awesome Experience Had an emissions light come on in my 2017 Pilot. At every step of the way Jay Wolfe Honda went above and beyond to address and fix my problem. This ha Had an emissions light come on in my 2017 Pilot. At every step of the way Jay Wolfe Honda went above and beyond to address and fix my problem. This happened at 6:45 in the evening. Went on the website and easily set up an appointment for the next morning. Because I was going out of town early the next day I needed to drop it off that night. I pulled up 10 minutes before closing. Brian Mixon, the General Manager opened the service gate personally so I could pull my car in to the outside of the service door. After I filled out the envelope and put my key in the key drop, he gave me a ride home. The next day Steve the Service Advisor called me and stayed in contact throughout the day. It required some parts that they had in stock. The car was ready when I returned the same day. I could have not had this situation go any better. Jay Wolfe Honda certainly went above and beyond to help me. More

The Experience of a Novice This was only the second time our car had to be serviced. Last year my husband, Phil Snyder, was still alive, and he was in charge of getting the car This was only the second time our car had to be serviced. Last year my husband, Phil Snyder, was still alive, and he was in charge of getting the car taken care of. Phil passed away last August, so this year I had to do this. I was not looking forward to the experience. However, from the service personnel who met me at the door, to guiding me as to what I needed to do, to making me feel at home in your lounge, everything went smoothly. Lisa Dabney was very nice and helpful. I forgot to ask about how to use a thing on the steering wheel, and when I went back, Byron came out and taught me how to use the "I "button.
