I waited over two hours for a basic oil change and had to flag someone down to check and find out when my car would be done because I had to be somewhere. Understandable if other work was being done, but not for an oil change, with a scheduled appointment. More

Both times I’ve bought from here it’s been a great experience from the sales staff, finance, and managers. wait was too long I had a 2 PM appointment for an oil change and tire rotate. I did not leave until 3:25 and the another customer with a 2 PM appointment left at 2:30. Byron came out about 3:00 and asked if I wanted to change the air filter which I declined. He said it would just be about 5 minutes and I would be done. Five minutes later he walked past me with another gentleman and I waited another 15 minutes before I decided to walk into the service area to see my car was done and sitting in front of the door. Another person in the service department asked if he could help and I told him my car was done and I wanted to get going. He checked me out and sent me on my way. Byron called when I was almost home and asked if I had left. He said he wanted to go over the paperwork and give me a copy. I do not want to spend over 2 hours waiting for an oil change. If Byron was busy someone else should have been paying attention to his customers. More
