Only issue was getting service scheduled. Found myself in Florida when the service symbol appeared for the first service for my 2018 Accord. Heading back to KC for a brief stay before going back to Fl, with a big snowstorm heading into KC making it hard to know exactly when I would arrive and when I could schedule service. Got back ok and called for service, needing to wait for car since spouse remaining in Fl. Called for appt and told I could not schedule during my 3 days in KC a wait appointment. I am now down to 5% oil life with 1,000 mile drive ahead of me. After a few hours of trying to figure something out just decided to schedule first available time with a ride back home scheduled, and go from there. Show up with car and am asked by the tech if I will be waiting! I said yes, waited a couple of hours, also needed camera update installed, and got out of there fine. Service, technician, wait time, etc., all the usual 5 Star level. Why all the aggravation to get scheduled? If you have sold so many cars you can't service them all, expand service abilities. This is the kind of problem you should want. More

Excellent Unplanned Service Visit. The button on my gear shifter broke off while I was leaving work, and I didn't know if I was going to be able to do anything but go forward. I drove t The button on my gear shifter broke off while I was leaving work, and I didn't know if I was going to be able to do anything but go forward. I drove to Jay Wolfe Honda Service (which is on my way home) and was met by Kyle as soon as I arrived. I obviously did not have an appointment. Ironically, I had tried to make an appointment online the night before for some routine maintenance, but couldn't access the system properly. Kyle listened to my needs, told me what needed to be done and that it would be covered by warranty. While we were talking, a worker took my car to have some basic things checked. In addition to the repair and routine maintenance I needed, he showed me the test results and explained that my tires were not in alignment. I agreed to the alignment as well. Their shuttle driver then took me home. I was called early the next day when the job was complete. I was able to get all the routine stuff done as well without another visit. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Frankly, I like the service better than the car. More
