I normally have great service experiences at this dealership. However, my latest oil change took two hours. When I asked what happened, they said it was unusually busy. I had an appointment. Usually it takes an hour and the website even states that they don’t expect it to take long. I texted my service advisor and explained I couldn’t give a 5 star rating. He apologized and informed me that my time was valuable. The next day I get a text supposedly from this advisor asking for a 5 star review and to get back with him if I experienced any challenges. ?? I informed him that I had already expressed my challenges. The next day he responded saying he was out or he would have responded sooner. So, automated texts, long wait times, and snarky comments made the last oil change less than excellent. More
I had a recall download, and a rim replaced. I asked if after the rim was replaced if all 4 tires pressures be set the same because they were all 31-32 #s and I figured after the tire was mounte I asked if after the rim was replaced if all 4 tires pressures be set the same because they were all 31-32 #s and I figured after the tire was mounted on the new rim that it would be aired up a lot more. After 3,5 hour wait, my truck was ready. When I got in my truck 3 tires were 31#s and the tire with the new rim was 40#s. It was raining that day and I ended up stopping at a gas station and aired up the other tires to 40 #s. I got soaked doing it. More
