I am a repeat customer now for years and they are Amazing!! I drive 2 hours one way to this specific dealership to have all my maintenance and service work done on my vehicle!! I have been burned badly by others in the past and I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. My service advisor, Shawn, is so awesome…he is always willing to go above and beyond when needed. I recently had a problem arise with my new vehicle and timing became an issue, as I was leaving rather quickly to go out of state for work. However, It was imperative that my new vehicle be looked at and for any necessary repairs/warranty work to be done before I could safely leave for a 800+ mile road-trip and Sean, along with the Service Department Manager Paul Johnson, and the entire service team made it happen!! They were phenomenal at not only making sure that the needed work was done on my vehicle, by the best service tech for the job, but also ensured that it was ready to go when I needed to leave for the trip! That I could have the peace of mind knowing my vehicle was safe to drive across the country, well is just beyond words and I am Forever Grateful to the James Wood - Decatur Team!! Important to note when the manager gets involved they will lose a deal over $1,000. This is AFTER they ask for your drivers license, social security number and insurance information. Waited 1 week and s will lose a deal over $1,000. This is AFTER they ask for your drivers license, social security number and insurance information. Waited 1 week and suddenly they will accept the deal. Two trips. 6 hours of drive time. Never saw the maintenance department. Never talked to the manager as to why the deal was accepted 1 week later vs the original offer. Then get home to find the 172 point inspection didn’t find an after market fuel option had been added. Not sure how was that was missed during a 172 point inspection. More

Service department staff always knowledgeable. I will say that oil changes are getting a bit pricey compared to other options out there. I won’t ever buy a car anywhere else.
