Pros: I have purchased many vehicles from various dealerships over the years. Most left me much to be desired. Chris was great to work with. Being from out of state we wanted to have the deal done be dealerships over the years. Most left me much to be desired. Chris was great to work with. Being from out of state we wanted to have the deal done before we made the drive down. Chris was able to work with us to reach an agreed trade in value and purchase price. Once we sat down at the dealership we met Asa. Asa was extremely down to earth and easy to work with. We never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of like we have with past dealerships. We will be back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. Thank you, Chris and Asa! Cons: While everything about our purchase and interactions with Chris and Asa were great, we were highly disappointed in the service provided by the detail shop. We arrived expecting the vehicle to be detailed inside and out. We found dirt, food crumbs, and gum all over the inside. It was very obvious the vehicle had never been detailed since being traded in. The outside was no better. The wheels had never been cleaned and would leave a layer of dirt/brake dust on your finger when you ran it across. Chris was very receptive to our displeasure and took he vehicle back to the detail shop where he requested the vehicle be detailed inside and out. The vehicle returned and was no better. It was very disappointing and made it seem as though the detail shop did not care about customer satisfaction. We left with a dirty vehicle as we had a long 6-hour drive ahead of us and did not want to wait for them to attempt to details the vehicle for a 3rd time. THIS IS NOT directed at Chris or Asa in anyway as they were awesome to work with. This is directed at the detail shop as we expected a lot more from them when purchasing a vehicle for $75k! More

James Wood Decature service department is horrible. I reached out to Krystal who never followed up, called or reached out once with any status. Finally, after being completely frustrated I spoke to the GM. He was the only person who did exactly what he said he would do. Then after being returned back to Krystal, it was exactly the same. No communication and never once delivered as promised. More

Took freaking FOREVER! !!!! I let the service advisor know when I showed up that I would be waiting thinking it shouldn't take long for an oil change & software update. Boy !!!! I let the service advisor know when I showed up that I would be waiting thinking it shouldn't take long for an oil change & software update. Boy was I wrong…. At that point he could’ve told me what the wait was looking like so I could make other plans, but he didn’t… I had to ask after waiting for two hours when my truck would be ready and was told it would take another hour and a half for the recall/update. Again, after waiting another two more hours I text’d the service advisor asking how long it would be and didn’t even get a response back. I will say my truck was ready 5 minutes after I sent the text so maybe that’s why he didn’t respond, but after waiting that long a response would’ve been a nice courtesy. Or a courtesy wash…. More
