Service was performed well and the people I interacted with were nice. However, they don't seem to take care of your vehicle very well, especially if you value a clean vehicle. I have running boards below with were nice. However, they don't seem to take care of your vehicle very well, especially if you value a clean vehicle. I have running boards below my door for standing to accessing the truck, then I have good floor mats. On this visit it was clear that someone took it upon themselves to stand on the door plate, grinding in dirt and debris to my chrome AT4X Logo - completely unacceptable. I don't do this and they shouldn't either. They should treat my truck better than I do, since they don't own it. Last time I came here someone had oily hands on my truck door, now this. Not sure I will return. More

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and informed the receptionist I would be at school from 7:45 - 1:00. The service was scheduled for 1-9-23 and included my car being picked up and returne informed the receptionist I would be at school from 7:45 - 1:00. The service was scheduled for 1-9-23 and included my car being picked up and returned from school within those hours. My car was picked up but not returned on time. When I went to the office to pick up my keys at 1:00, the school receptionist informed me that my car keys had not been returned. When I called JWM to remind then I had to leave because of an appointment, I was informed that she didn't know what the trouble was and couldn't get anyone in the service department to answer her call so she took my number to have someone return my call. When someone from the service department returned my call, he informed me that my car was not delivered on time because a part (case cover?) had been cracked while changing the oil and they had to go purchase a part. No one from JWM bothered to inform me that my car would not be returned on time. I called JWM and no one answered at the service department (not unusual) and the receptionist took my name and number. Meanwhile, I had to find a ride to my appointment. While I was at that appointment, someone from the service department called me and that's when I found out the part had been broken and they had to go purchase the part but they would return my car shortly. That's when I told him I was no longer at school, and gave the phone to the owner of the business so she could give him the address and directions. She have the phone back to me and when I said hello, he hung up on me. I understand accidents happen, but I should have been informed at the time that the part was broken that it would cause several hours extra time and my car would not be returned on time. Besides letting JWM's receptionist know of the time constraint, I also left a note in the car to let JWM Service Department know that I had to leave school at 1:00 to make sure everyone knew upfront. I have been dealing with JWM for at least 15 years and always received excellent service until this last visit for an oil change. The JWM employee that returned my car was very professional and polite. More
